At RRS we have exceptionally well designed and quality crafted products. We engineered the RRS Strut and Brake Kit for the performance enthusiast and we wanted the installation to be easy and accomplished with an average set of hand tools. One of the chief benefits of the RRS strut and brake system is the use of high tech single, dual and six piston calipers as well as larger than stock rotors resulting in better braking performance.

The McPherson Strut design of the RRS Strut and Brake Kit places less stress on the chassis because the strut is mounted near the centre of the steering knuckle rather than on top of the upper control arm like the original. Both ride height and camber can be easily adjusted to suit driver preferences. The RRS kit comes complete and bolts straight in so you wont have to worry about upsetting the value of your vintage Ford with cutting or welding.

There are four Strut and Brake Kits to suit anything from weekend cruiser, mild street performer to an all out drag car. Kits are named Phase 1 to Phase 4 and come in a variety of specifications covering size and material of brake rotors, single to six piston calipers and a host of standard features across the range including non slip screw camber adjustment, mounting plates, ride height adjustment and attaching hardware.

When RRS designed the Rack and Pinion Steering System for early Fords we wanted to make the best unit available. If its a right or left hand drive unitized chassis Ford chances are we build a rack for it. Power or manual the RRS rack is the highest quality most rugged rack on the road. It offers superior adjustability for bump steer issues and top quality parts for great longevity. It also features our patented linear tracking system which makes for a super precise and tight set up. The basic rack is even rebuildable by any qualified auto shop.

If youre going to have the good stuff up front you will want the balance of the good stuff out back too. The RRS rear disc kit is a bolt on proposition that will allow you to use your original rear brake cables. No need to modify your car to suit our new Molycarbide rotors. Our kits are available to fit in nicely with your existing front brakes or with our asphalt kicking front strut and brake systems.

The RRS Rear disk Kit is compatible with Ford 8, 9 and Versailles Ford four wheel disc 9-inch rear axle and is precision laser cut using C.N.C. machined parts. A number of kits are available with varying size rotors, features and caliper options.

While we are at the rear of your Ford the RRS Three-Link offers you better performance and handling with adjustable ride height, better traction control due to the three-link design and decreased dive under brakes. Chassis stress is dramatically reduced as well as body roll and understeer.

Other products supplied and manufactured by RRS include optional Shock Tower Notching Kits for customers who want to up the ante in their engine size and make it all fit in your early Falcon or 66 Mustang. By combining a Strut and Brake Kit with the Shock Tower Notching Kit you will have plenty of room for whatever engine you choose. There will also be ample room for your choice of header application.

The RRS Reinforced Control Arms are manufactured to give the best performance value and be at home on the street and the track. RRSs control arms allow you the luxury of driving to the track, racing and driving home again. The hardness of our urethane bushings is designed to give accurate mounting, less deflection, all without compromising driver comfort and ride. Race bred precision machined ball joint internals ensure accuracy and longevity. New steel pressings are graded to provide maximum stiffness and look like a Ford factory lowers.

The RRS Tie Rod Adjuster Sleeves were created as a crowning touch. With the centre adjuster hex you can just grab a wrench and you are set. Another bonus is the lock nuts ensure your toe alignment stays where you put it!

RRS Strut Rod Adjusters were developed as on some Fords castor cannot be adjusted like most post 66 Fords. There are a number of units available for Mustang and Falcon for street and competition use utilising urethane bushes.

The RRS Race Bred Pumps modern design and remote reservoir eliminates the problem of aeration of power steering fluid. While compact in design it is lighter and allows more clearance for other accessories and gives your car a definite race car look under the hood. The kit comes complete with mounting brackets, hoses and remote reservoir.
